PROJECT SCOPE
Clovis Unified’s fourth Education Complex is being built on 165 acres with over 630,000 sq. ft. of building space. The complex will include classrooms, science labs, administration building, library/computer lab, applied arts, MPR, Food Service, as well as a student union, and play fields (football stadium, track and field stands, basketball courts, baseball and softball fields, concessions, tennis courts, and soccer fields). The project also includes all on-site and off-site infrastructure improvements.
