The mozzarella cheese and whey plant is approximately 137,500 sq. ft. of cold storage, freezer space, refrigerated space for milk process, shipping and receiving docks, evaporators, MWPC, whey dryers, mozzarella cheese process, battery charging, machine/equipment room, racking, related site improvements, maintenance and office – with USDA Compliance throughout all Processing Areas.
