PROJECT SCOPE
The project includes the demolition of twenty buildings and parking lots to build 103,360 sq. ft. New construction includes an administration building, library/career center, classrooms, maintenance buildings, parking lots, and site/utility work. Modernization includes weight training/classroom, Performing Arts building, two gyms, and 320,000 sq. ft. of off-site improvements.
