The company works diligently to expand its quality, size, and scope, hiring more employees and subcontractors than ever before in its 108-year history, building truly significant and extensive projects.

Harris Construction is proud to have such an experienced, valued, and dedicated team of talented staff – both in the field and in its offices. Many of the company’s project managers, project superintendents, other management, and office staff have been with the company for ten or more years, some even celebrating 20 or 25 years with Harris Construction. Harris is constantly growing its team, too, building a firm filled with experience and longevity in the industry. Other new additions to the team include up-and-coming exceptional student interns added each year from Fresno State and Cal Poly – to not only help on projects but to gain valuable experience from the seasoned professionals at Harris. Altogether, it’s a cohesive group of builders who love what they do and enjoy building projects that easily meet or exceed each project owner’s expectations.

And we can help your team meet your needs through any project delivery method, including Design-Build, Lease-Leaseback, CM@Risk, Hard Bid, CM Multi-Prime, and Public Private Partnership.

No matter what delivery method you use, we collaborate with your team and architect/designers to help you and your project achieve the best outcome, be on time, and within budget. Our Preconstruction Team can even offer “Value Engineering” ideas that, if implemented, can help owners reduce costs and shorten construction times – often without noticeable changes to the end product.

Headquartered in Fresno, CA, with a satellite office in San Luis Obispo, CA, our team at Harris is strategically positioned across these two locations. Although every project is in excellent qualified hands through its own dedicated, on-site project team, we also have a 100% open-door policy to have our entire management team available for any client. All with decades of construction experience, our top people are as actively involved in your project as your on-site team.
