PROJECT SCOPE
The project includes design, plus building-wide HVAC, lighting, and fire alarm replacement on an existing 1973 Science Building (120,756 sq. ft.). Coordination with campus and a chemical consultant to meet strict fire code requirements, plus coordination with future CUP replacement project engineers to accommodate both current CUP supply as well as future CUP supply parameters.
