PROJECT SCOPE
The multi-story facility includes a steel frame, EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing System) and stone finish, steel roof structure, and approximately 138,000 sq. ft. – plus, a phased remodel of the existing hospital including fourth-floor renovation, procedure rooms, post-anesthesia care unit, operating rooms, a new conference room and pharmacy remodel.
