HARRIS offers a multitude of project delivery methods, including Design/Bid/Build, Design/Build, Lease-Leaseback as well as various Construction Management (CM) services and can work with clients to select the best method for each project.

Perhaps more important than HARRIS' experience with various delivery methods is the company’s experience in the field as a self-performing General Contractor. As an established “true builder” HARRIS' staff routinely not only manages and oversees work in the field, but installs work in-place.
